I specialize in the smaller issues around your home. With only working nights and weekends I do not have a lot of time to take on the larger time consuming projects. Calling in a specialist for all of the little repairs around the house can be overwhelming, expensive and time consuming, if you can even find anyone to do them. I am here to take the burden out of getting things checked off the list- let's tackle all of those repairs and updates you've been avoiding!

Here is a list of a few of the areas that I can help with:

  • Honey-do lists (make a list and give me a call!)
  • Phone/Internet/TV wiring
  • TV wall mounts
  • Wire management (TV/Computers)
  • Setting up new devices/gadgets
  • Siding repair
  • Drywall repair
  • Door and door hardware repair/replacement
  • Carpentry/trim
  • Light Painting
  • Faucet/Toilet repair/replacement
  • Electrical
  • Ceiling light/fan repair/replacement
  • Dryer and Dryer vent cleaning/replacement
  • Picture/mirror/shelf/curtain hanging
  • Organizational shelving/closet build-outs
  • Furniture assembly
  • Rain gutter repair/cleaning
  • Window washing
  • Seasonal small engine maintenance (oil change, blade sharpening, gas drain/treatment, etc.)
  • General repairs (if it's broken I can probably fix it!)

If you need something done that isn't listed give me a call anyway. If I can't do it myself I may be able to help you understand more about the problem so you can make an educated decision when hiring a specialist.

That being said, home building product technology has come a long way. We now have products that last longer and can make your house run more efficiently than ever, helping the environment while also helping your checkbook. I am here to help you get your home green by:
